On Call Service: IHS has 12 fully equipped radio dispatched service vans ready to meet your scheduled or emergency service needs. Our factory trained service technicians are extensively trained to eliminate your forklift down time. We offer customized preventative maintenance schedules tailored to your individual needs.
Planned Maintenance: IHS Planned Maintenance (PM) is a way to ensure that professionally trained IHS personnel maintain your forklifts according to the optimal maintenance schedule. Our PM program is designed to EXTEND the life of your machinery, while saving your organization time and money. With our PM plans, you can stop spending valuable time maintaining your forklifts, and focus that time on your core business. We will help you control maintenance costs, maximize uptime, and reduce the need for in-plant services. To make things simple, IHS's Planned Maintenance program is billed at a per-machine flat rate.
